Joining A Class

We offer classes to suit everybody:

  • Classes for which you need to sign up for a term (organised by the Regional Colleges as part of Adult Education)
  • Classes in fitness centres (Prime Time Fitness)
  • Specific classes: Men-only, Teenager (12-16), Bad Backs
  • One-to-one sessions
  • Different levels and mixed ability classes
  • Classes for those who are recovering from an injury or illness and want to (go back to) exercise.

    For all our walk-in classes (£8) we have introduced a 10 session pass. When you buy a pass for 10 sessions, you pay for 9 and there is no time limit for usage.

    If you are not sure which class would be most suitable for you, please get in touch and we will guide you in the right direction.

    Mi-Time offers the following classes:
